The ‘at work booking link’ can be accessed both at work and at home if you are logged in using a Trust issued laptop. People working remotely/flexibly should still use this booking option.

At Home Booking FormThis event is the biggest of the year with hundreds of staff celebrating together!
This year we will be bringing you a huge festive celebration with fun-filled interactive entertainment; close up magician, caricaturist & photobooth, as well as a silent disco on the mezzanine level.
Delicious street food from RedHeads, Geordie Guys and Kahuna Cookies, as well as unlimited popcorn and candyfloss.
Amazing live music from Phil Davids & Good Times Band and of course, lots of dancing.
Each Ticket Includes
- 1 x arrival drink (sparkling wine or bottle beer or non alcoholic alternative)
- 1 x street food option (food will be available on the night, no pre-order required,1 food item per person)

There will be casual bench seating & standing space, there is no formal table plan or set seating arrangements to allow more freedom and movement throughout the venue and between teams/departments.
Allergen/dietary information: If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please note when booking. Due to the way the food is prepared it is not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens. All allergens are listed on each menu item. A full list of ingredients can be provided for each dish upon request ahead of the event. If you have not made us aware of a dietary requirement prior to the event date, it will be unable to be catered for.

- City Centre Main Bus Stations are all within walking distance
- There is also a taxi rank just outside of Central Station
- There’s no dedicated accessible parking; the nearest car park is Stephenson Quarter Car Park (Forth Banks, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3PH) Located 400 metres away. If you are arriving to the venue by taxi, you can get dropped off on South Street, Just a few metres from the venue entrance
Unlike previous years, this years Christmas event will allow all members to apply independently via either the ‘At Work’ booking link or the ‘At Home’ booking form, at the scheduled release date & time.
Please note in order to apply for a 70% discounted Staff Social Club ticket you will need to have an active membership. If you aren’t yet a member, it is quick and easy to sign-up, click here.
If you are at work you will need to apply via the “At work booking link” button. This will take you to our online booking system and this is the quickest way to book tickets or places for an event. If you are working at home and have access to a Trust device/network, you also need to apply via the “At work booking link” button. People working remotely/flexibly should still use this booking option.
If you are on a day off, annual leave, other leave such as sick/maternity OR you are bank staff/direct debit payer, you need to apply using the “At home booking form” button. You can get to our website by Googling “Flourish Newcastle Hospitals”, our website is accessible from any device. At the time of release you will then be able to download the Word application form by clicking the “At home booking form” button. Your device will need to be compatible with Microsoft Word to allow you to download and complete the form. Once all sections are complete, you need to send it back to us at [email protected], from your personal email address which is registered on your account. Your personal email address must be registered on your account with us before sending. You can register by emailing us from your work email address, confirming your payroll number and personal email address you would like to register.
Please make sure your device is compatible with Word before trying to book. Prior to the event release, please download the test application form on the device you will be using to apply from home here: SSC Home Application Form Test. This is a test application form and will not be accepted for any event applications.
Any applications which have information missing from the form will not be processed. We will aim to contact people where we cannot process forms however, this may be some time after the event release due to the volumes of applications we receive and therefore, you may miss out on places. Please take time when completing your application form and read all sections carefully.
Applications are processed on a first come first served basis to ensure that ticket allocation is fair for everyone. You will then be informed, usually within, 5 working days whether you have been successful in gaining tickets or not.
