To celebrate National Fitness Day on Wednesday 18th September 2024, we will be hosting an open day at our SSC fitness centres.
The fitness centres at RVI & Freeman will be open to look around between 11am-1pm.
The Freeman fitness centre is on the link corridor between The Podium block and the Cardiothoracic Centre on Level 2. Opposite the internal entrance to the IOT.
The RVI fitness centre is in the Clinical Office Block at the RVI in the Education Centre. You can access it via the link corridor from the New Victoria Wing.
We will also have a Physio representative from Occupational Health to provide information about these services available to colleagues.
Staff must be members of the social club in order to sign up to the fitness centres. SSC membership is £2 per month and fitness centre membership is £10 per month.
