August Payroll Update

It has come to our attention there has been a payroll error which occurred impacting all SSC members (August pay). We have worked closely with our colleagues at Northumbria Payroll to establish what went wrong, and how we could best rectify this issue.

If you have not been charged but have an active membership, please be assured your membership has not been cancelled, deductions will be taken in September payroll. You will be charged in arrears for your missed August event/membership charges, as well as your September charges.

If you have had duplicate charges for event payments and membership fees, these additional charges will be refunded to you by Friday 30th August 2024.
