Should you be using a communal or shared Trust device, or not regularly clearing your cache and cookies, you may experience delays in your browser refreshing correctly, meaning you may not see an event has gone live following it’s release time.

Should you have any issues with the event page refreshing at the time of the release, you first need to clear your cache and cookies from your device. Managing and clearing your cache and cookies depends on the device and browser you use.

To clear your browser cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.

You can also type “edge://settings/clearbrowserdata” in your address bar to access this function.

If you have any issues with this, or your device is still not refreshing following these instructions, you may be best contacting Service Desk and asking them to help.
